Fitness & Wellness

Screening 

  • An overall screening of fitness, range of motion, strength, and wellness for lifestyle recommendations & referrals  
     
  • COST = $200 per Initial screening
  • $180 per f/u visit
    • Full Detailed Screening 
    • Educational Materials
    • Individualized Exercise Programing
    • Referrals to High-Quality Providers for health improvement, such as nutrition, shoe wear, etc.

LSVT BIG PROGRAM

Parkinson's Disease Exercise Protocol

  • 1 hour individual sessions   
     
  • Use of the FULL LSVT BIG PROTCOL
    • Detailed initial evaluation 
    • 4x's per week for 4 weeks 
    • 16 sessions in total 
       
  • Program includes 
    • Daily Homework ​
    • BIG Walking & Gait Training 
    • Parkinson's Disease Education
    • Symptom Diary Assessment 
    • Group Exercise Referrals

Running Analysis

Gait Lab Evaluation

  • A detailed running analysis using multiple state of the art assessment devices and conducted by a licensed physical therapist, skilled in running assessments.
