Q.  Where is the clinic located?

A.   True Performance is located at 39 Simon Street (Unit 6) in Nashua NH. We are located on the right side of Simon Street, nestled in a group of yellow buildings, known as the North Crest Executive Park.

  • As you enter the business park up on the hill, go straight through the main entrance.

  • Unit 6 will be at the peak of the hill, next to the handicap ramp.

  • We have a large logo above our main entrance.

  • We are right off of Route 3, next to Exit 5A.

Q.  Do you take my insurance?

A.  We are an out-of-network provider, meaning that we do not bill to insurance. Thus we collect payment for our services at the time of the session. We accept most credits, cash, and FSA/HSA medical cards. This allows us to space visits according to each individual's medical needs both in regards to number of times seen, as well as length of time seen, without limitations by insurance! We offer patients a comprehensive superbill upon request for the patient to submit to their insurance, if the patient's insurance accepts superbills.

Q.  Can I schedule an appointment if I have Medicare?

A.  At this time, we cannot see Medicare patients for physical therapy. As strength and conditioning professionals, we can assist Medicare patients in health and wellness with generalized exercise programs. We offer maintenance programs that focus on improving overall activity level and functional exercises to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Q.  Do I need to see my doctor first?

A.  No. The state of NH has direct access for patients to go directly to a Physical Therapist without requiring a referral. Due to our doctorate degrees, we are able to assess injuries and situations to determine the approach course of action with your care.

Q.  What can I expect during my first visit?

A.  True Performance Physical Therapy takes a holistic approach for assessments and treatment.  Each patient will have a personalized, one-on-one assessment, and treatment sessions following with one of our highly skilled clinicians.

  • Initial paperwork can be filled out prior to your appointment via our electronic system called "Jane"
